Rachel Johnson
President
Growing up, I developed a love for construction while participating in Habitat for Humanity builds from Maryland to Alaska. In 2007, I committed to a career in the industry and have run everything from small renovations to new construction projects in the Carolinas, Florida, Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Since graduating from Boston University, I became a certified general contractor in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with my family and miniature dachshund.

Jim Stanley
Controller
I grew up in Connecticut and moved to the Upstate to attend Wofford College where I graduated with a degree in accounting. I began working in the construction industry in 2018 and like its unique challenges. In 2021, I joined Forge, where I manage accounting, finance, and human resources. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my young family, playing golf, and working on cars.
Brady Ebel
Assistant Project Manager
I moved to Greenville to attend Clemson University. After graduation, I became the first Forge employee. I enjoy supporting clients throughout the construction process to help make their vision a reality. Outside of the workplace, I am an enthusiastic sports fan, avid golfer, and enjoy spending time with my family.
Chris Howat
Construction Coordinator
I moved to Greenville in 2018 after growing up and attending college in Maine. Starting my career in sales, my fascination with the Upstate’s growth eventually led me to pursue a career in construction. In 2023, I joined Forge to spearhead business development initiatives and provide support to our estimating and project management team. Beyond work, I enjoy family time, discovering the charm of the Carolinas, playing tennis and golf, and cheering on my favorite New England sports teams.

Chief Morale Officer
My job is to make everyone smile, hence my title. I can’t help that I’m cute and sweet. I was born in Alabama and moved to Greenville when I was 6 weeks old. I was the runt of my litter but look at me now! I spend most of my days lounging in a big, soft bed at the Forge office. My favorite activity is playing ball and I’ll do so for hours if given the opportunity. You’d be surprised at how good I am at fetch. If you don’t believe me, stop by the office and I’ll show you. If you really want to see me wag my tail, show up with my favorite treat, vanilla custard from Rita’s Italian Ice. Hope to see you soon! I promise to make you smile. 😊
