Our Team

Bernie Williams

is the owner of Forge Construction. Bernie has more than 2
decades of experience in the construction industry and a degree in Construction
Management. While Bernie spends much of his time tending to the business side of
things, his commitment to Quality does not stop at the office. He is actively involved
in every project. It is not uncommon to see Berniewith his tool bags on helping out where
he is needed. Bernie also walks every jobsite with the homeowners
at job completion. He believes this is crucial to maintaining our "Quality over Quantity" approach
to General Contracting.

Brink Evans

is the chairman of Forge Constructions "Quality Commitment Team" (QCT) and a key player in the businesses success. Brink brings 20 yrs. of experience to the table, 10 of which have been in supervisory roles with large General Contractors in the Seattle area. Brinks desire to be a part of a quality driven company led him to Forge Construction.

Armando Esparsa

is a member of Forge Constructions "Quality Commitment Team" (QTC) and a lead foreman. He has 10 yrs of experience in the construction industry and does most of our in-field training. Armando?s attention to detail earned him the title of "Employee of the Year". Armando is an invaluable member of Forge Construction.
